The Vessel Kinne is a bulkcarrier of the Norwegian company NTD MARIN SHIP MANAGEMENT. They contact urgently with us to solve a problem of an oil leakage in the stern tube. The vessel goes to the floating dock on July 26th, early in the morning and left it the next day, July 27th. All the marine shaft seals was change by the people of the shipyard managed by a CEDERVALL Technician. |

The Amorina is a old Yacht of 1937, which was built as a floating lighthouse of Swedish flag. She was re-convert in a sail vessel and has been working in Málaga Harbour during the last years. Beginning of 2007 she was bought by some Spanish Partners, whose decide to change the flag to Spanish one. The vessel will re-name to “Miguel de Cervantes”. She has been in the floating dock to do all the necessary inspections required by Spanish Administration. The vessel has been in the floating dock from June 27th till July 4th. The following works was done: - Thickness Measurements with official report to Class
- Fresh Water H.P. hull cleaning and antifouling painting.
- Take clearances of shaft and rudder.
- Change part of the hawse pipe. To do that, it was necessary to dismount part of some furniture of a cabin and take a very careful fight fighting measures to avoid any risk of fire inside the accommodation.
- Cleaning of sea chests.
- Renew some pipes in Engine Room.
- Change of zinc anodes.

The floating Crane DRAVO III arrived to Málaga Harbour tugged on May 24th and the following day, on May 25th arrived the barge BOS 116. Once both barges was in the berthing area the shipyard prepare everything to dock both vessels at the same time. The important works done on both barges were: - Thickness measurements, with official report for the Classification Society.
- Sandblast SA 2 ½, 100% of the hull and apply the complete treatment paint supply by SIGMA and all the works were checked by a paint supplier inspector.
- Renew some steel plates where the Classification Society found deformations over allowed.
- Cleaning of all void spaces
- Re-new of zinc anodes.

The Crane ACCROPODES belong to the Belgium building Group BESIX, which is involved in the building of the new harbour in Tangier, TANGER-MED The ACCROPODES arrive to Malaga harbour from Tangier tugging on April 27th and on the floating dock on April 30th. She stay in the shipyard until May 25th. |

The yacht SHAF is a regular customer of MARIO LOPEZ and in this time came to the Shipyard to do one of the most important works that normally this kind of vessels do. The SHAF is a MegaYacht of 55 m of length and the work done in the shipyard has been the refilled and re-painted of the all the exterior surface. The vessel arrive to the Shipyard on February 22nd and leave our utilities on May 3rd. During that time over the works of refilling and paint, the following works were done without interferences with the main work: - Renew of Classification Society Certificates.
- Thickness Measurements with report
- High pressure hull cleaning (400 bars)
- Hull Painting
- Sea Valves checking
- Cleaning of sea chests & SW Filters
- Re-new of zinc anodes
- Clearances of shaft and rudder.
- Polishing of propeller blades.
- HP cleaning and measurement and report of both anchor chains
- Prefabricate, install and test of different pipes in Engine Room
- Change some steel pieces (1.200 x 650 mm) in the hull, surrounding area of exhaust pipes.
- Change position of fresh Water Generator.
- Cleaning of tanks, fresh water, ballast, gas-oil.
- Unload of dirty oil according Marpol regulations.

This vessel belongs to the Greek Company LIBRA NAVEGATION, management by BALTHELLAS CHARTERING SA. The vessel arrive to Mario López Shipyard January 13th of 2007 and stay in the floating dock until January 21st, doing the following main works:
- High pressure hull cleaning (400 bars)
- Hull Painting
- Thickness measurements with report
- Sea Valves checking
- Cleaning of sea chests
- Re-new of zinc anodes of 11 kg
- Clearances of shaft and rudder.
- Polishing of propeller blades.
- HP cleaning and measurement and report of both anchor chains
- Prefabricate, install and test of different pipes in Engine Room
- Overhaul of Woodward governor of Main Engine
- Unload of dirty oil according Marpol regulations

Belong to Sierra Maritime Owner, from Estonia. The Classification Society of this vessel is Russian Maritime Register of Shipping The vessel go in the floating dock of Málaga on Saturday, January 10th and the works was done during four days, working 24 hours per day. The main works were: - Cleaning of ballast tanks
- Renew of hull side steel, in ballast side tank, due to not allowable deformations.

In may 2002, polar ship management, as, company, entrusted to mario lopez s.a., shipayard, replacement of aft-port main azimutal propeller system of the underwater exploration vessel "ramform victory". The propeller was made by ultein propeller of norway.
